Credits and overages
AI use (chat, MCP, and related index work) draws from a workspace credit balance measured against real model cost. Plans include a monthly grant. Builder and Team can buy top-up packs; Team can auto top-off when the balance is low. Index-first answers that match your docs often cost zero AI credits.
Paid plans: card succeeds in Stripe before account creation. Plan access is granted only after payment success and is attached when you open your workspace. See our Terms.
How paid signup works
- Choose Monthly or Annual, then Start Builder or Team.
- Complete Stripe Checkout (card charged or subscription started).
- Create your account with the same email via magic link.
- Claim your subdomain in the portal first-run lander.
- Mint a push token, then publish from CI or Sites.
Enterprise only
SAML SSO, SCIM, SOC 2 Type II review packet, countersigned DPA, invoice billing, and fleet controls are sold through sales. Card checkout never unlocks those by itself.
