Lookup for recorded events, filters, integrity badges, export formats, and who can read the log.

Interface

A newest-first event list for the workspace. Each row has when, who (email when known), the action, optional location (country and IP for sign-in events), and what it affected.

Recorded action	Notes
Sign in, sign out, failed sign-in	IP and country when available.
Account created	Workspace account creation.
Teammate added, removed, role change	Membership mutations.
Publish, branding change	Site mutations.

New event types appear as they happen. Unknown labels are not dropped.

Parameters

Filter	Matches
Date range	Event timestamp.
Event type	Action name.
User email	Actor email when resolved.
Country code	Sign-in related location.
Free text	Action names and targets.
Export	CSV or JSON of the current result set.

Behavior

The log carries an integrity badge for workspace history and relevant sign-in history. If every check passes, the badge is verified. Export writes the filtered rows as CSV or JSON for an auditor or your security team.

Errors

Platform review: platform-managed legacy or sign-in evidence needs review. This does not imply the workspace caused the issue.
Support review: the workspace history itself needs review.
Hidden for editor/viewer: role is below admin.

Examples

Filter to failed sign-in in the last 7 days for one email, then export JSON. Filter to branding changes after a theme save and confirm the actor and timestamp.
