Lookup for traffic estimates, content gaps, chat quality, windows, and export formats.

Interface

Two owner/admin dashboard views. Analytics is traffic and feedback. Content gaps is unanswered questions. Chat quality (and AI usage) is the index-first mix.

AnalyticsViews, countries, feedback votes, daily visits, top pages, thumbs-down questions, optional site filter, and estimated readers (email or Unauthenticated).
Content gapsQuestions the assistant could not ground, ranked by ask count, with the pages they were asked on.
Chat qualityIndex-only rate, answered turns, cache hits, AI answers over 30 days.

Behavior

  • Traffic figures are sampled estimates, labeled as estimates. They are not billing-grade counts.
  • An ungrounded assistant turn is logged as a gap without a feedback click. Each row can search the knowledge index (no AI tokens), copy the question, open Sources, or open Sites.
  • The same unanswered questions can appear on the docs graph overlay.
  • Strong index coverage lowers model spend. Low index share points at Sources and gaps.

Errors

  • No traffic yet: the view says analytics appear as visitors arrive. That is an empty state, not a fault.
  • No gaps: the assistant grounded every logged question in the window, or no one asked.
  • 403 for editor/viewer: role is below admin. *(see How-to: How to invite teammates)*

Examples

Export the current analytics window as CSV or JSON. Export ranked gaps as CSV. Overview health also shows open gap counts.
